My Story & Coaching Philosophy

Whatever your goals, we can accomplish them together

I am a personal trainer, running coach and specialist exercise coach based in Wilmslow, with a genuine passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves through exercise.

My own fitness journey began in 2016 after having my second child, when I signed up for my very first 10K race. At the time, I was a complete beginner and the thought of even running 5K felt incredibly daunting. What started as one personal challenge quickly became a passion for fitness, endurance sport and helping others discover what they are truly capable of achieving.

Eight years on, I’ve completed numerous 10Ks, half marathons, marathons and triathlons. In 2022, I proudly represented Great Britain in my age group at the Standard Distance World Triathlon Championships in Abu Dhabi. I also enjoy training for HYROX events and understand the dedication, consistency and confidence needed to work towards big goals, whether you are taking your very first steps into fitness or striving for a new personal best.

Along the way, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge about training, nutrition, healthy habits and the mindset needed to create lasting change. In 2019, I began coaching at Wilmslow Striders Running Club and quickly realised how much I love supporting others on their own fitness journeys, whether that’s building confidence, improving performance or simply feeling better day to day.

Today, I am a qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer with specialist qualifications in exercise for neurological conditions, menopause support, and children’s fitness. I am also a qualified England Athletics Running Coach.

Alongside Edge 360 Fitness, I am also the founder of The Parkinson's Coach, where I provide specialist exercise support for people living with Parkinson’s through an online exercise programme designed to improve mobility, balance, strength and confidence.

My approach to coaching is supportive, personal and realistic. I understand that everybody’s starting point, lifestyle and goals are different, and I believe exercise should help you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

Whether your goal is to improve your fitness, train for an event, or simply feel healthier and more confident, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Outside of coaching, I’m a proud mum to Ewan and Ellie, and wife to Ben. We share a love for sport, and Ben has also proudly represented Team GB in Age Group Triathlon.
